10 Children. 10 Wishes. One legacy of love for my brother, Stanley.

As the co-creator and founding chair of Drive for Smiles (D4S), I’ve spent over a decade watching the pure magic that happens when seriously ill children get a chance to forget their illness—even just for a few moments. 

Imagine how that child would feel if they were granted their personal Wish of a Lifetime. To that end, I am launching The Stanley Plotnick Wish Fund, with the goal of raising $75,000 to grant 10 unique wishes to10 incredible children, battling life-threatening illnesses.

As many of you know, my beloved brother Stanley passed away last year. His absence is felt deeply by our family, his many friends, and all who knew his generous spirit. He believed fiercely in helping others, in so many varied and creative ways. He always supported me in my drive of helping children facing unimaginable challenges. I am using the d4s event as a base to create a meaningful legacy for my brother.

Because behind every wish is a child. Behind every child is a story. And behind every story, there’s someone who made it happen. Let that someone be you.
